1: Two players run from the pylons towards the center line/cone line. Player 1 tries to be first to the ball either on the left or on the right in order to finish. In doing so, he must quickly change direction at least 1-2 times. Player 2 must try to follow the same movement and be on the ball sooner.
2: Same as exercise 1, but player 1 must touch the pylon in different order and player 2 must do it the same way.
Coaching Points
• Striker should "play off" the defender with body deception.
