Running Coordination

  • Process

    Players are divided into two groups standing in a line in front of the running course. The hurdles are to be crossed as directed.

    Then, players run in a "zipper" pattern around the red cone and back to the starting position.

    As an additional challenge, players must run laterally to each yellow cone and then return to the prescribed running rhythm.

    • Begin the exercise gently, then increase intensity
    • Exercises must be performed correctly even at high speed
