    • 2 dummies or poles
    • A1 and A2 have the balls
  • Process

    • A1 initiates the action with a pass to C, who starts running towards it and immediately plays a wall pass with B2.
    • B2 breaks away from the dummy and moves forward.
    • B2 then also plays a direct pass to B1, who receives the ball behind the dummy and takes it along, then passes it to A1 after a brief ball control.
    • A2 starts the next action when B2 passes to B1. Then the sequence reverses (A2 to C, C to B1, B1 to B2).
    • All players move to their next position after passing.
  • Tip

    • Emphasize sharp and precise passing.
    • Players should detach from the cone/dummy and offer themselves in an open or semi-open position.
