    • The field is divided lengthwise into 2 halves (serves as an aid for the back four). The game is played 7 vs 7 with a maximum of 3 touches per player. Team A plays with a back four, 2 defensive midfielders, and a counter-striker.
    • Team B plays in a free formation.
    • Team A's objective is to prevent Team B from scoring. After a goal is scored, play restarts from Team B's goal.

    • The defender nearest to the ball pushes out.
    • Form a defensive triangle. After passing, quickly reintegrate into the line.
