Shooting with Transition and Duel

  • Organisation

    • 2 goals set at a 90° angle
    • 4 cones to mark a 7 x 7 meter square
    • 2 cones to mark starting positions
    • Divide players into 2 groups, each opposite a goal
    • 1 ball per player
  • Process

    • Yellow dribbles from the green cone, enters the square, and shoots at the opposite goal.
    • Once the shot is taken, Red dribbles into the field and attempts a shot.
    • Yellow must immediately turn after their shot and engage in a 1-on-1 duel against Red to prevent the shot.
    • Once Red shoots or loses possession, the next Yellow player enters the field to attempt a goal against Red.
    • After taking the shot, the player moves to the other side.
