• 8 cones to set up a large and a small square
• Each station should be occupied at least once
The players initially occupy the inner cones. Player A passes to B and then runs to the outer cone. Players B and C do the same. Player D passes the ball to the outside to A, who then passes it to B on the outside and then runs back inside, and so on.
Since Player D always has the same passing distance, as they either pass from inside to outside or from outside to inside, variations can be introduced.
• Variation 1: When Player D receives the ball from C on the outside, instead of passing it inside to A, they dribble to their inner cone and then pass to A, who is positioned inside. D then immediately runs back outside. This shifts the end position to C, who will then, in turn, receive the ball from the outside to the inside. Note that each player changes their position after every pass they make.
• Variation 2: Player D stays on the outside after their pass, which shifts the final position to C, who then remains on the outside, and so on.
