Players perform the exercise consecutively in an endless form.
The exercise begins at the first large goal with 2 small goals inside. The player has 2 attempts and must score a goal in the small goal with at least one ball.
If successful, they run around the field to Station 2. If unsuccessful, they must perform 4 short sprints in the cone square.
The same process is repeated on the other side. The player has 2 attempts to hit a cone.
