Soccer Dodgeball

  • Organisation

    • 16 cones
    • 1 mini goal

  • Process

      • Play soccer dodgeball. For this, a cone square is set up in each corner of the half-field. The players with the ball stand at the starting square.
      • A player shoots the ball into the field and sprints off. In doing so, they cross the obstacles set up in front of each square.
      • The players of the team in the field must quickly pass the ball and get it into the mini goal. When the ball is in the mini goal, all players of the first team who are not in a square are disqualified.
      • When a player can sprint back to the starting square, the team gets a point.

    Obstacles:

    1. Step into each ring
    2. Slalom through the poles
    3. Slalom through the small cones
    4. Step into each coordination field
  • Tip

    • The ball should not be played outside the field but cleverly into the part of the field left free by the opponents.
