At the coach's command, players sprint through the course as quickly as possible in a slalom fashion. Additional variations for the course are visible in cone rows 2-4 in the illustration.
Tip
Ensure players navigate the course in the shortest route possible (avoid running in arcs).
Emphasize maintaining quality even as speed is introduced into the drill.
