The player positions themselves between the two red cones. The player jogs up to the blue cones and then transitions into a sprint. Once the player sprints past the yellow cones, they slow down to a jog. On the way to the blue cones, the following tasks can be performed:
Heel flicks
High knees
Skipping
Ankle work
2-3 jumps (double-legged takeoff)
The player performs 6-10 rounds. After each round, the player takes approximately 60 seconds of rest.
