Sprint Shuffle Sprin

    • Players sprint straight to the 1st cone, shuffle to the side to the 2nd cone, sprint straight to the 3rd cone, shuffle to the side to the 4th cone, sprint straight to the 5th cone, and then back to the start. Perform 10-15 repetitions with short breaks. Can be done as a team competition or individually.

    Variation Perform the exercise with a ball. Dribble the distance.
