Sprint Training: Sprint Duels

  • Organisation

    • 2 agility ladders
    • 4 cones, 2 of them placed 15 meters away from agility ladders
    • Divide into equal-sized groups
  • Process

    • One player per ladder competes in a sprint duel.
    • Perform different tasks at the agility ladder:
      • Skippings (forward/sideways)
      • Final jump
      • One-legged jump (forward/sideways)
      • Jumping jacks
      • Every second square, extend feet outward; every second, place feet in the middle
      • Skippings from left to right
  • Tip

    • Ensure high-quality execution of exercises despite competition.
    • Keep the torso straight and eyes forward.
