4 cones, 2 of them placed 15 meters away from agility ladders
Divide into equal-sized groups
Process
One player per ladder competes in a sprint duel.
Perform different tasks at the agility ladder:
Skippings (forward/sideways)
Final jump
One-legged jump (forward/sideways)
Jumping jacks
Every second square, extend feet outward; every second, place feet in the middle
Skippings from left to right
Tip
Ensure high-quality execution of exercises despite competition.
Keep the torso straight and eyes forward.
