    • Set up the course according to the illustration.
  • Process

    The player completes the course 6/8/10 times, following the path shown in the illustration. Half of the repetitions are done without the ball. In the second half, the player dribbles through the course.

  • Tip

    Coaching Points:

    • Use of hands during the sprint.
    • Maintain a low center of gravity.
    • Maintain body tension.
    • Step on the inner foot when changing direction.
    • Stick to the ideal path.
    • Practice using both feet.
