One team plays to the red squares, while the other team plays to the yellow squares.
A point is scored when a player is played into the square and passes the ball to a teammate outside the square (not the same player), without an opponent intercepting the ball.
After scoring a point, the team must attempt to play to the other square.
Two consecutive points without losing possession at the same square do not count.
Coaching Points
• Emphasize the importance of shifting play. Players should try to shift play until they can achieve numerical superiority at a square and score.
