Station Training: Station Sprints

  • Organisation

    • 13 cones
    • 3 hurdles
  • Process

    • Players perform the following tasks at the stations:
      • Sideways over the cones, volleying with the side back
      • Push-ups, one hand on the ball
      • Sit-ups + heading with each repetition
      • Forward-backward runs, volleying with the instep back
      • Ground passing + left-footed control, back pass with the right foot
      • Heading practice

    Upon the coach's command, all players stop their task and sprint to the distant cone at their level.

  • Cone margins

    Dependent on the exercise, sprint should be 10 meters long.
