The pairs carry out the following tasks at the stations:
Stage 1: Both players play against a wall, take the ball and play against the wall again. In the course also try direct passing.
Stage 2: Both players go over the hurdles with knee levers, two coaches throw the ball to the side, which is played directly back. (variants: inside, instep, header)
Stage 3: 1 against 1 on cone goals.
Stage 4: A player has a ball that he is trying to claim. The other player tries to play the ball out of the triangle.
Stage 5: Slalom dribble through the cones, then pass the ball past the cones, sprint to the start.
Stage 6: One player tries to hit the cones as often as possible, the other puts them back on.
Each exercise is performed continuously for 60 seconds. Then rest for 30 seconds and do the exercise again for 60 seconds.
At stations 4 and 6, the players change their tasks in one round.
