  • Process

    1. Variant: An outer player makes a throw-in to the middle player. The middle player stops the ball (control), turns, and passes to the other outer player. This player then makes a throw-in to the middle player, and so on.
    2. Variant: An outer player passes to the middle player. The middle player stops the ball, turns, and passes to the other outer player.
    3. Variant: Both outer players have a ball. One outer player passes to the middle player. The middle player plays it directly back, turns, receives a pass from the opposite outer player, and plays it directly back, and so on.
