Team Competition: Pass-Sprint Exercise

  • Organisation

    • 16 poles
    • Divide into 2 equal-sized groups
  • Process

    • Each player must complete 4x4 sprints.
    • Players pass around the inner poles and sprint around the outer poles to the other side. The poles are circled clockwise. When each player has completed 4 sprints, the first round is over.
  • Tip

    Coaching Points:

    • Maintain the sprint until reaching the poles on the other side.
    • Do not wait for the pass, immediately transition into the sprint.
  • Field size

    • The outer poles are placed 8m apart in width.
    • The inner poles are placed 3m apart in width.
