    • Divide into teams of 5 players
  • Process

    • The exercise starts with a 1:0 scenario leading to a shot on goal (no follow-up shots allowed).
    • Immediately after, 2 opposing players with a ball start a 2:1 situation into the field.
    • After each ball out of play or goal, alternately 2 players from each team enter the field, progressing to a 5:4 game. Then, a short break.
    • In the next round, the other team starts the exercise.
