  • Process

    The players use the ABC running drills to warm up for the training session.

    This includes the well-known exercises high knees, balance jumps, heel bumps and other arm, upper and lower body and leg movements.

    The players will perform one drill from cone to cone and then jog back.

    10-15 meters between cones
