Players are divided into 2 equal-sized groups, each behind the markers.
The first player passes the ball to the other side through the cones and performs a coordination exercise to their right side using the hurdles or coordination ladder.
Then, they line up behind the other group. The exercise is conducted as an endless passing drill.
