Warm-Up: Color Sprint

  • Organisation

    • Cones in different colors to mark 2 squares
    • Finish line between the squares
    • Finish line marked 8m from the first finish line
  • Process

    • Each square contains one player. The coach starts the drill by calling out a color.
    • Players sprint to the corresponding cone in their square and must touch it. Then, the coach calls out “blue” or “red”. Players must sprint across the corresponding finish line.
    • If the 1st finish line needs to be crossed, players must first sprint around the large cone.
