Each square contains one player. The coach starts the drill by calling out a color.
Players sprint to the corresponding cone in their square and must touch it. Then, the coach calls out “blue” or “red”. Players must sprint across the corresponding finish line.
If the 1st finish line needs to be crossed, players must first sprint around the large cone.
