  • Organisation

    • 6 cone markers
    • 6 poles
    • 1 pylon or large cone
  • Process

    • The poles are placed on the markers on one side, creating an inclined position.
    • Players run through the pole ladder following the coach's instructions with various exercises.
    • Examples include hopping on the left leg, on the right leg, sideways on both legs, etc.
    • Finish with a sprint around the large cone and line up again.
    • If there are too many players, set up the drill twice.
  • Tip

    • Start at a slow pace, then increase.
    • Always ensure a clean execution!
