Either the players inside or outside have the ball and carry out exercises from the coordination ball school as instructed by the coach.
Example: Ball outside in hand. A player runs from inside to the outside, receives a knee-high thrown ball, and must play it back into the arms of the outside player with the inside of the foot. Then, he runs back through the small square and from there to the next outside player.
Balls or cones can be placed in the middle square, and upon the coach's whistle, players sprint in and perform tasks.
After about 45 seconds, the inside players switch with the outside players.
