Warm-up with Ball

  • Organisation

    • Create 2 rectangles using cones.
    • Place 2 cone goals in between.
    • Each player has a ball.
  • Process

    • Movement in the field with various tasks:
      • Dribbling
      • Sole control
      • Juggling
      • Bouncing the ball
      • Passing by numbers
      • Passing by numbers + throwing (2 balls!)
    • Running exercises:
      • On command, all players from one team run through a cone goal (previously determine which team goes through which goal) and switch fields.
      • Dribbling or sprinting is possible! If sprinting, players take a ball from the other group.
