Starting from the left winger, a low and sharp pass is made to the far-side center-back.
The center-back plays a one-two pass with the full-back and then passes the ball to the right winger.
The right winger lets the ball bounce off to the full-back and makes a run behind the dummy.
The full-back plays the ball to the oncoming forward, who plays a through ball to the right winger in stride.
The ball is chased down, and after a quick dribble to the byline, it is crossed into the penalty area.
The forward and the left winger make diagonal runs and finish the cross.
Coaching Points
• Conduct the exercise on both sides of the field.
• Wingers: use dummy runs to lose markers, let the ball bounce off with the non-dominant foot, start the run into space with a change of pace, play a cross while running at full speed.
