Free dribbling around cones C + D. Player A runs around C and player B around D. In the middle, run in a zipper pattern. A runs to B and B to A.
Narrow pendulum steps (dribble the ball closely to the right/left). In the middle, cross again in a zipper pattern.
Free dribbling around cones C and D. Before crossing in the middle, incorporate a 360° turn. Then, a short sprint. A to B and B to A.
A starts with the ball at their feet. B has the ball in hand. In the middle, the ball is passed. B throws the ball to A. A passes the ball to B. After the exchange, a short sprint. A to B and B to A.
A dribbles the ball while B holds the ball and dribbles it forward with both hands. In the middle, the ball is passed again. Then, a short sprint. A to B and B to A.
