  • Training Set Main point
  • Number of Players 1 - 5 players, 6 - 9 players

Setup

A starting cone and a cone goal are built on the left and right at a height of 16 meters. A goal is built on both sides of the field, into which a goalkeeper positiones. 2 outfield players move onto the field according to the graphic and position themselves in front of the cone goal.

Procedure

The blue player dribbles the ball through the cone gate, shoots at the goal and sprints towards the opposite cone gate to prevent the red player from completing the goal. He starts his tempo dribbling the moment the blue player runs in his direction.

Tip

- The attacker tries to use his sprint pace or to use a feint. - The defensive player tries to attack the attacker as early as possible so that the attacker cannot build up a pace and if possible place his body between him and his shoulder. - The defender tries to catch up with the attacker, to block the pass or to push him aside. - 6 cones, 2 large field goal (s)
