A field is marked out with cones. A goal is built on both sides of the field, in which a goalkeeper possitions. 10 field players are divided into two groups and are distributed according to the graphic next to the goals. To mark the center line, a cone is placed on the side lines at which the passer with the balls is located.
The passer starts to play a pass in the middle of the field and a red and blue player sprint directly to the ball. The faster player takes the ball and dribbles towards the goal. The slower player throttles the pace in front of the attacker, positions himself laterally offset from the attacker and offers him the side away from the goal. The attacker tries to play around the defensive player and come to the goal. The defender tries to take possession of the ball and in turn to attack the opposite goal. If the ball goes out, the next two players start. Alternative: If the goalkeeper fends off the ball without holding it, he can immediately initiate a counterattack.
- The players should move on their footpads. - Both start with the passing movement of the passing player. - The faster player tries to use his sprint pace. - The defensive player tries to attack the attacker as early as possible so that the attacker cannot build up a pace and if possible place his body between him and his shoulder forward. - 6 cones, 2 large field goal (s)
