Setup

• Divide into 2 groups
• In addition, players in position C
• 1 goal
• 4 small hurdles
• 4 major hurdles
• 4 cones
• 2 cones
• 5 poles
• 1 ball per round

Procedure

Team A players act as forwards. Team B's players are defenders.

Both groups start the exercise at the same time.A: Short, fast jumps over the hurdles. Pass from player C, which is passed directly back. C plays a diagonal ball towards the center of the cone, which player A runs over.

B: Cross the tires with short steps (1 tap per tire). Then high jumps over the hurdles and immediately drop into the slalom run through the bars. Then focus directly on opponent A.

As soon as player A gets the ball, a 1v1 against player B starts. A must try to score a goal. B must prevent this.
