With cones, a field of double 16s and a square at the height of 16 are staked out. A goal is built on both sides of the field, into which a goalkeeper positiones. 8 field players are divided into four groups of 2 players each and are distributed according to the graphic next to the goals. A cone is placed on the side lines to mark the center line. The balls are distributed into the groups.
The red player dribbles at the highest speed around the furthest away cone runs through the square towards the goal to finish. The longline opposing blue player starts at sprint speed as soon as the ball-carrying player has reached the level of the cone to be dribbled and tries to prevent him from completing the goal. The excersise continues clockwise, so that each group switches between offensive and defensive.
- The attacker tries to use his sprint pace. - The defensive player tries to attack the attacker as early as possible so that the attacker cannot build up a pace and if possible place his body between him and his shoulder. - 10 cones, 2 large field goal (s)
