The coach plays a ball to the player standing at a distance. The receiving player controls the ball and dribbles with it. The player standing opposite enters the field and becomes the defender. The attacker attempts to score on the opponent's goal. If the defender wins the ball, they can take a shot on their own goal.
Coaching Points
• Dribble past the defender with a feint and explosive change of pace.
• Time the feint correctly.
• Shift your body weight sufficiently while feinting.
