A field is marked out with cones. A goal is built on both sides of the field, into which a goalkeeper positiones. 12 outfield players are divided into two groups and are distributed according to the graphic on the edge of the field. To mark the center line, a cone is placed on the side lines on which the passer with the balls is located.
All players have a number. The passer / trainer calls up a number (e.g. No. 1) and passes or rolls the ball into the field. The players react with this number and everyone tries to be on the ball first. The player in possession of the ball tried to score a goal. If the defending player wins the ball, he counters the other goal. If the ball goes out, the next two players start. Alternative: If the goalkeeper fends off the ball without holding it, he can immediately initiate a counterattack.
- The players should move on the footpads. - Both start after calling or when the passing player takes a swing. - The defensive player tries to attack the attacker as early as possible so that the attacker cannot build up a pace and if possible place his body between him and his shoulder. - 6 cones, 2 large field goal (s)
