One half of the field is divided into three different zones using cones. Two teams of ten (blue and red) are formed. There is a goalkeeper in each of the two goals. Different contact numbers apply to the teams in each zone.
The exercise is played 10 against 10 on 2 goals. The zones regulate the permitted ball contact numbers for both the attacking and the defending team: Zone 1 - attacking team = free play, defending team = 1 contact; Zone 2 - attacking team = 2 contacts, defending team = 2 contacts; Zone 3 - attacking team = 1 contact, defending team = free play).
- The focus of the game form is on the one hand on ball control with the options of 'quickly switching from defense to attack'. On the other hand, this form of play trains the combination game, free-wheeling game and attack the team in possession of the ball. - The team without the ball tries to pass the pass routes and rooms skillfully and puts constant pressure on the player who owns the ball and his teammates. - The teams should be constantly on the moving. The players constantly try to offer themselves and to be available to their fellow players as a reference station. - The team in possession of the ball should have occupied the outsides, the center and the half positions. - A long play in a narrow space should be avoided. Therefore, changes of sides or passes in depth, the half field or the goalkeeper should be played regularly. - 8 cones, 2 large field goal (s)
