Building a field from the baseline to the opposite penalty area. Two teams (blue and yellow) are formed that play against each other. Both teams consist of 10 players. There is a goalkeeper in both goals.
Both teams play in the 4-4-2 formation. The yellow team starts their attack from the center line. Team yellow may only be in half of the blue team during the entire exercise. This applies to the offensive as well as the defensive actions. That as soon as yellow loses the ball to blue, blue must still be put under pressure in its own half! The goal is to use aggressive, early pressing to recapture the ball and continue the attacking game with the goal of completing the goal. The team conquered the ball in blue and started a quick counterattack on yellow's goal. The players have free play and the offside rule applies.
- The focus of the game form is on the one hand on learning the defensive running paths in the team network with the options to score a goal or to build ball control if the ball is in possession. On the other hand, this form of play trains the playing of a low-lying team with the focus on losing ball immediately in the pressing. - The yellow-red team tries to get through the center line through a fast, precise passing game or to practice 'quick switching from defense to attack' when the ball is won. - The defensive team is in a good position when the opposing player in charge of the ball cannot play the ball forward and double is prevented from dribbling. - 2 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
