Pitch: At one end there is one goal, at the other three mini goals.
Equipment: 1 goal, 3 mini goals and several balls.
Players: Two teams of ten players each; one team additionally has a goalkeeper.
Procedure
The game is played 10 vs 10.
One team plays on the regular goal, the other on the three mini goals.
One team additionally has a goalkeeper who is to be used to create a numerical advantage and to escape the pressing.
Tip
Make the game wide and deep.
Push up as high as possible on the flanks without standing in the cover shadow.
Switch play quickly — with two touches, with enough pace on the pass, by luring the opponent in, with passes into the front foot or into the path, and by playing past individual positions.
The centre-backs drop off far enough to be available for a pass.
Use the space gained on the flanks purposefully and play out the attacks at speed and with a numerical advantage.
