Setup

- Divide into 10 vs 10 + 1 goalkeeper
Procedure
- The game is played 10 vs 10. One team targets the regular goal, while the second team aims for the 3 small goals.
- One team has an additional goalkeeper, who should be utilized to create numerical superiority and evade pressing.
Tip
Coaching Points
- Make the playing field wide and deep.
- Push as high as possible on the wings without being caught in the cover shadow.
- Quickly switch play (play with 2 touches, sufficient pass sharpness, lure opponents, passes into the front foot/run, bypass individual positions).
- Centre-backs: position sufficiently to be playable.
- Effectively use gained space on the wings (execute attacks with pace & exploit numerical advantages).
