Setup

  • 1 goal
  • 3 mini-goals
  • Divide into 10 vs 10 + 1 goalkeeper

Procedure

  • The game is played 10 vs 10. One team targets the regular goal, while the second team aims for the 3 small goals.
  • One team has an additional goalkeeper, who should be utilized to create numerical superiority and evade pressing.

Tip

Coaching Points 

  • Make the playing field wide and deep.
  • Push as high as possible on the wings without being caught in the cover shadow.
  • Quickly switch play (play with 2 touches, sufficient pass sharpness, lure opponents, passes into the front foot/run, bypass individual positions).
  • Centre-backs: position sufficiently to be playable.
  • Effectively use gained space on the wings (execute attacks with pace & exploit numerical advantages).
