Two teams are formed. Team red consists of 10 players, team blue of 7. There is a goalkeeper in the goal. The balls are in the goal.
Procedure
Team red is the attacking team and tries to score against the outnumbered blue team. Play always starts with a long goal kick from the goalkeeper to one of the red defenders. As soon as one of the defenders has controlled the ball, a long pass is played behind the blue defensive line. The red defenders and midfielders push up quickly and actively participate in the attack. Team blue tries to disrupt the red team's ball control and opening pass through pressing. If unsuccessful, blue immediately drops back and defends their goal through compact positioning.
