1v1 after Sprint as Team Competition

1 - 5 players, 6 - 9 players, 10-15 players
Procedure
- First two players from each team start around the pole to their right side.
- Player facing the goal attempts to pass the opponent with a running feint to sprint through the two outer cone goals.
- If successful, they are allowed to shoot on goal.
- If tackled by the opponent, the defender gets to shoot on goal.
Variation
- Players sprint again from the starting cone around the corners.
- Coach passes the ball sharply to the player running around the back line.
- This player tries to get past the defender in a 1v1 situation.
- The winner of the duel gets to shoot on goal.
Tip
- Coaching Points:
- Run around the poles in the shortest path, not in a curve.
- Overcome defenders with running and body feints.
