Procedure
Red player A1 sprints to the starting line, checks, and runs free. Player A2 passes the ball into his run at that moment. At the same time, blue defender B1 starts to attack A1. The attacking player tries to turn toward the blue team's cone goal and score. If B1 wins the ball, he may finish on the opposite goal. If the ball goes out of bounds or the duel lasts longer than 30 seconds, it is over and the next pair starts. After 3 minutes, the groups switch positions, changing the attacking rights. If player A1 no longer wants to attack, he can pass the ball into his cone goal to swap with one of his teammates. This would mean, for example, A2 attacks against B1. After 30 seconds, the player pair is automatically switched. Both teams count their goals. A goal only counts when the ball goes into the goal flat and without touching a cone. Alternative: - B passes the ball to A, who then goes at B with speed. - After the opening pass, the passer may join the attack, creating a 2 vs. 1. - After the opening pass, the passer and a second defender may join, creating a 2 vs. 2.
