6 players go into the penalty area according to the graphic and two goals are built on the baselines and 4 cones on the corners. Two teams of two + goalkeeper are formed. The red player has the ball.
The red player has possession of the ball and either tries to play towards his teammate or goalkeeper or asserts himself in dribbling. The blue players try to take possession of the ball and in turn to score a goal. The normal rules of the game apply. The following applies to the defensive players: If the coach specifies that they should play hand to hand, they must always be close to the opponent. If you choose to play in the room, you have to move, indent, secure or take over depending on the game situation. After a minute there should always be a short break or four new players should join the game.
- The defensive players try to attack the attacker as early as possible so that the attacker cannot build up a pace and if possible place their body between him and his shoulder. - The defender should block the way to the goal. Stand laterally so that the attacker has to choose the path away from the goal. - Because of the small playing field there are always chances and an interplay between attack and defense. - The offensive players are encouraged to install fins and double passes again and again. - 4 cones, 2 large field goal (s)
