Set up a cone square with two neutral zones as shown in the diagram. Two players from each team position themselves inside the playing field, and one player from each team takes a position in the outer zones.
Procedure
A game of 2 + 2 vs. 2 develops, where the players inside the square have free play and may additionally play one-twos with the two target players in the outer zones. The target players are limited to one touch. The outer players may not be tackled. The outer player may also pass to the other target player. Variation: When an outer player receives a pass, he switches positions with the passer.

- This game format requires an enormous amount of running and tactical awareness and is characterised by constant communication and interplay between the target players and the players inside the square. - The teams should be in constant motion.
