Two or more teams of four are formed. There is a goalkeeper in the goal. The exercise is always carried out by two teams.
The game starts with an "imitated ball win" by team red, in which the blue player I passes the ball to the red central defender from the corner flag. The red central defender immediately passes the ball on to the free-standing midfielder. This player has three options: either he dribbles the ball towards the goal (3b) or he plays left (3a) or right (3c) in the path of the two peaks. The goal of the red team is to score goals. Team blue tries to prevent this. If there are more than 2 teams, team red becomes the defending team after the attack and the third team becomes the attacking team. According to this principle, each team always has one attack and one defense action per run.
- After the ball possession of the red player, the red player must immediately pass the ball on to the attacking midfielder. - The offensive player has three game options. He has to keep up the pace. - A striker can bounce. - Both strikers have two running options in the forward movement: either cross or they run sideways away from the goal and then towards the goal dangerous area. - The two defenders can speculate on winning the ball after the pass, play on the sidelines or sit low, try to slow down the game to allow the advancing players to catch up with the ball owner. - The offensive players must be goal-oriented and finish as quickly as possible. - 2 large field goals (s)
