A field is marked out with cones. 6 field players of two teams of three go onto the field according to the graphic and position themselves in line formation. A cone is placed on the side outline to mark the center line. The right blue full-back has the ball.
The two teams play in the rectangle 3 against 3, using the routes of the triple chain. The blue starting player B plays the ball to the red player E. Player B puts E under pressure and the two full-backs A + C move in so that they secure the attacking player in depth. The two red outside players go directly towards the sideline to make the field wide and try to dribble the ball through short combinations or individual actions over the opposite line. A successful action scores one point. The offside rule applies.
- The defensive player tries to attack the attacker as early as possible so that the attacker cannot build up a pace and if possible place his body between him and his shoulder forward. - If player F receives the ball, C moves to ball player F, B moves sideways in the back to C and A moves sideways in the back to B. - In the basic formation, the players are in line. The distances between the players in width are 7-12 m. If the players move in offset, the distances in depth are approx. 5 meters, the width distance remains the same. - The attacking player runs to the ball at top speed. The other two defenders keep the distances permanently. - The start signal for the initiation of the walking paths is the pass movement. - The team in possession of the ball tries to overcome the opposing line of defense with passes on the outer lanes, in depth or dribbling. - 6 cones
