A field is built up with cones according to the graphic. There is a goalkeeper in each of the two goals. 3 teams of three players are formed (red, blue and yellow). A cone is placed on the side lines and in the middle of the field to mark the center line.
Team blue starts the game against team yellow. The goal of the team in possession of the ball is to score goals. If the attack is completed (goal) or the defending team conquers the ball and manages to dribble over the center line, the team changes yellow from defensive behavior to attack behavior and now plays against team red in the other field. If team red wins the ball and manages to dribble over the center line or team yellow successfully completes the goal, team red changes to attack and plays in the other field against team blue. According to this scheme, the game continues to alternate.
- The focus of this game form is on a constant interplay between attack and defense as well as the fast switching from defense to attack. - On the offensive, permanent movement, talking to each other and fast, precise passing is required. - Again and again the offensive players should look for the 1 on 1 situation. - 7 cones, 2 large field goal (s)
