Build up a field with 2 goals according to the graphic. A goalkeeper is in every goal. 2 teams (red and blue) of 5 players each are formed. 3 players per team are in the field, the other two are distributed on one of the two outer sides. To mark the center line, a cone is placed on the touchlines and in the middle of the field.
The game is played 3 against 3 for 2 goals. The two outside players of each team are allowed to move freely on the sidelines and may not be attacked by either the outside players or the field players of the other team. If they are played by one of their teammates from the field, the two players immediately change positions and the winger becomes a field player and vice versa. If the goalkeeper re-opens the game after a goal or a ball out, he may not pass the ball on the outside players.
- This type of game requires an enormous amount of running and understanding of the game and is characterized by constant communication and an interplay between the two halves of the game. - The teams should be constantly on the move. The players try to constantly offer themselves and to be available to their fellow players as a point of reference. - Triangles should be formed regularly and the goalkeeper or the outside lane players should be used as players. - This type of game trains short passing, playing in tight spaces, tackling and changing sides quickly. - 7 cones, 2 large field goal (s)
