  • Age U14 - U19
  • Training Set Main point

Setup

The players go to the field of play according to the graphic, set up two goals and mark the field with cones. The goalkeepers go into the gates.

Procedure

Both teams have the same number of players. The attacks should be completed with a shot on goal. The game is without restrictions with the aim of implementing the attacking game from behind according to the normal game.

Tip

- The tactical structure for team A is a 4-3-1, for team B a 2-4-2, with the outer midfielders acting as advancing full-backs. - The focus is now on further automating the running, dribbling and passing paths under pressure from the opponents, in equal numbers, when the attacks are initiated via the different positions. - The attack variants are either initiated by the goalkeeper or are created by capturing the ball and result in the same follow-up actions as in the first forms of play. However, there are now flanks and shots on goal. - The offside rule applies. - 2 cones, 2 large field goal (s)
