A goal is set up on each end of the field, each with a goalkeeper. 6 field players take their positions according to the diagram, with the remaining players beside the goal. The red team has possession.
Procedure
Both teams play 3 vs 3 + goalkeeper without touch restrictions. The team in possession spreads the play wide and positions a central forward in front of the opposing goalkeeper. If he is not marked, the goalkeeper opens play through him. Otherwise, the keeper has multiple options for build-up play, and if he is not pressed, he may also score goals. The defensive team should form a triangle and close down the goalkeeper. A constant alternation between attack and defence develops.
Tip
- After losing the ball, the team must immediately transition to defence. - The ball is constantly in a dangerous area. - The faster and more precisely the goalkeeper opens play, the more chances the team in possession has. - Playing time should not exceed 1 minute, then a break should be taken. - Constantly demand a high tempo. - The offensive players should constantly attempt to dribble. - The defenders must constantly shift and press the ball carrier. - 2 full-size goal(s)
