A goal is set up on each end of the field, with a goalkeeper in each. 6 field players take positions as shown in the diagram; the remaining players stand beside the goal. The red team has possession.
Procedure
Both teams play 3 vs. 3 + goalkeepers without a touch limit. The team in possession spreads the play wide and positions a central striker in front of the opposing goalkeeper. If this player is unmarked, the goalkeeper distributes through him. Otherwise, the keeper has several distribution options, and if he is not pressed, he may also score goals. The defending team should form a triangle and close down the goalkeeper. A constant interplay between attack and defence develops.
Tip
- After losing the ball, the team must immediately switch to defence. - The ball is constantly in the dangerous zone near goal. - The faster and more precisely the goalkeeper distributes, the more chances the team in possession gets. - Playing periods should not exceed 1 minute, followed by a break. - Consistently demand a high tempo. - The offensive players should regularly go into dribbles. - The defenders must constantly shift and press the ball carrier. - 2 full-size goal(s)
