Mark a field and a triangle goal with cones. Form two teams of 3.
Procedure
The two teams play against each other on a triangle goal made of cones or poles in the centre of the field. Goals count when the ball is played across one of the three lines of the triangle goal and does not exceed knee height. Each team can attack any side of the triangle. After a saved shot, the attack must target a different line of the triangle.
Tip
- Teams should be in constant motion. Players continuously try to make themselves available as passing options for teammates. - Constantly seek 1v1 situations. - Play wall passes. - After losing possession, immediately transition to defence; after winning the ball, immediately transition to attack. - 7 cones
